Ensuring ethical and responsible use of Delos AI Inc. is crucial. All users are required to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Notably, Delos AI Inc. explicitly prohibits users from creating chatbots. The Service exclusively employs Claude's reasoning capabilities for its operations.

API Providers and Core LLM Models

Our platform relies on foundational Large Language Models (LLMs) provided by partners like OpenAI and Claude. Users must:

• Avoid using LLMs to produce deceptive content, deepfakes, or other potentially harmful or misleading materials.
• Not employ LLMs to promote hate, discrimination, or violence.
• Abide by any supplementary terms, guidelines, and policies established by our API providers.
• Ensure that any data or content processed through LLMs complies with privacy legislation, intellectual property rights, and other relevant laws.

Violations and Remedies

• User Notifications: Users found violating the AUP will receive notifications. They will have the opportunity to correct the issue or appeal the decision if they believe it is incorrect.
• Account Suspension & Termination: Corrective actions will depend on the severity of the violation, ranging from temporary suspension to permanent termination of the user's account with Delos AI Inc.
• Feedback System: We strongly encourage our users and community members to report any questionable usage or violations of the AUP they observe.
• Regular Review: Given the dynamic nature of the digital environment, we commit to regularly updating our AUP to align with evolving societal standards and community feedback.
